IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 ANYONE WANTING TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR ACTIVITIES MUST SIGN A  "RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT"

 The purpose of this document is to inform our customers that in order to participate in our activities they are waiving certain legal rights to claim compensation or sue should they become injured, killed or suffer loss or damages of any kind during your time out with us.   Due to the inherent risks with outdoor activities we outline most of the possibilities in the legal disclaimer / waiver of possible hazards or threats that could cause you harm. 
 
This release, waiver and agreement also extends protection to anyone working in partnership with us and or other organizations that are working with us.   The Release of Liability Waiver  & Assumption of Risk Agreement clearly define the agreement that the person signing it has read and understood the document and its implications prior to signing it.   The document makes a legal agreement that the participant signing up (signing the document) is participating in the activities even though they understand the risks.  They are also agreeing to not hold our company or anyone else involved in our activities liable for anything as outlined in the documents.
